Products and services purchased from Yen Chen Support are fully refundable, except for registration fees or any other fees required prior to the commencement of the fulfillment of these products and services, but only up to the point when the materials involved are to be approved or when Post-Fulfillment Reports, such as that of the Online Directory Listing, have been sent. Once passed the said point, you understand and agree that the said products and services are considered non-refundable and thus are to be made ready for fulfillment upon your discretion.
